Position Description Summary
This position is primarily responsible for the safe and timely transportation of employees to and from the marina, along with upkeeping Club carts and ensuring proper maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow the boat schedule, adjusting cart runs as needed to fit the needs of the business
- Safely operate transport carts, ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and drop-off of employees to and from the marina
- Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure the shuttle schedule meets the needs of employee arrivals and departures
- As needed, take extra carts down to the marina parking lot
- Maintain all transport carts, including cleaning, charging, minor repairs, and general maintenance
- Ensure carts are free of trash/debris and looking presentable at all times
- Communicate with Mechanic staff to keep the carts on a routine maintenance schedule
- Alert maintenance of any issues with the carts in a timely manner
- Ensure carts are charged at all times and plugged in when not in use
- Maintain cart covers for optimal usage, ensuring zippers are operating properly and stitching is not frayed, pulling, or damaged
- Ensure cart seats are dried for passengers multiple times daily
- Hose down all carts regularly, removing dirt and sand
- Wipe down and squeegee all cart windshields daily
- Ensure cart safety and abide by all traffic signs and regulations
- Complete special projects, as assigned
- Communicate with team to ensure all processes are completely smoothly

- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with members, guests, and fellow employees
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends and holidays, as needed
- Willingness to learn and accept instruction, communicate, & operate in a team environment
- Must possess a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Must have a clean driving record
