Are you a strong line leader who thrives during service? The Cook 3 plays a critical leadership role in ensuring food quality, station readiness, and smooth execution across the entire kitchen.
This position serves as the bridge between the line and culinary leadership.
Support and coordinate service across the entire line
Work all stations, as assigned
Expedite orders in the absence of the Sous Chef or Chef
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities
Create prep lists and ensure full station readiness
Mentor Cook 1s and Cook 2s with constructive feedback
Maintain quality, timing, and plating standards
Mastery of all line stations and techniques
Strong understanding of seasoning, flavor balance, and plating
Knowledge of yields, costing, and portion control
Ability to lead calmly under pressure
Strong organizational and communication skills
